Order ON PETITION FOR REHEARING AND REVIEW Comes now the respondent in this cause and files his Petition for Rehearing and Review, together with a memorandum brief in support of such petition. And comes now the Disciplinary Commission and files their Brief in Opposition to Respondent's Petition for Rehearing. Additionally, various members of the Bench and Bar of this State have petitioned for and been granted leave to participate in this proceeding as Amicus Curiae. After considering all matters which have been submitted relative to the Petition for Rehearing and Review, this Court now reaffirms its prior finding that the respondent violated the Code of Professional Responsibility as charged in the two-count Amended Complaint filed in this cause, but further finds that the discipline impose, to-wit: a two-year suspension from the Bar of this State, should be reassessed. Upon such reassessment this court now finds that a period of suspension for not less than one year is appropriate in this case and that the previously imposed discipline should be so amended.
